Phong Doan

Hi My name is Phong Doan. I am a Software Engineer with a background in over 9 years in strategic medical operations in the Military. I love taking on challenges and figuring out how to make things come together and work. In fact, as a young leader in 2014 I was given the responsibility of managing medical readiness and medical planning for an organization of 600 personnel. With little to no knowledge of how to execute my responsibilities, I sought guidance from the executive team to ensure I understood what they wanted and told them what they can expect out of me. I found all subject matter experts in the areas of responsibility and learned as much as I could from them in order to bring it back to the organization and successfully executed my tasks.
